Heart Walk Team Raises Funds for Good Cause
Feb 4, 2012 -- Millennium Physician Group team members participated in the 2nd annual Charlotte County Heart Walk. This was Millennium's first year participating in the event and was proud to be able to raise awareness for heart disease.
What a beautiful morning for the Heart Walk! Millennium finished in second place for the "Cutest T-Shirt contest" and had nearly 40 walkers participate in the event.
A big thank you to our Team for showing up early on a Saturday and walking more than 3.5 miles to raise awareness for heart disease!
Millennium Set to Go Tobacco Free
Jan. 3, 2012 – As one of the largest physician groups in Southwest Florida, Millennium Physician Group should be the example when it comes to promoting healthier lifestyles. And with that in mind, Millennium Physician Group will be a completely Tobacco Free company effective Feb. 1, 2012.
Going completely “Tobacco Free” means that Millennium patients, employees, providers and vendors will longer be allowed to smoke or use tobacco products at any of Millennium’s primary care, walk-in medical center, imaging, lab or business office locations. Additionally, Millennium’s providers and employees will not be able to use tobacco products during their shift, which includes lunch and break periods.

Jan. 3, 2012 – Millennium Physician Group is pleased to announce that the comprehensive primary care group is expanding with an additional office in Port Charlotte, Florida on Tuesday, Jan. 3. Dr. Sanjeev Zutshi and his care team recently joined the Millennium Physician Group family.

Grand Opening Event Set for Women's Center
Nov. 15, 2011 – Millennium Physician Group recently opened its brand new, state-of-the-art Women’s Center on Monday, Oct. 31. And now community members are invited to take a peek behind-the-scenes of Millennium’s newly opened facility.

Oct. 25, 2011 – Millennium Physician Group will open its brand new, state-of-the-art Women’s Center on Monday. Oct. 31.
Millennium has now added two of the latest digital mammogram machines that will allow for more appointments and decrease patient wait times. With the very latest in digital mammography technology and a new spa atmosphere, this new Center will offer much more in regards to quality and convenience for patients scheduled for mammograms, ultrasounds and bone density scans.
